On all events, no matter what size, our finish to an event always remains impeccable, and we aim to ensure that the guests of the event don’t see any of the technical elements, or even know we are there!

Audio We offer a large range of audio solutions of all sizes, ranging from small PA’s for speeches to large PA’s for bands and discos.
We are able to fully facilitate bands and musicians, offering a full audio service including Microphones, Monitoring and Mixing equipment, as well as the best, experienced Sound Engineers to take care of the mixing.
Alternatively, we are able to offer reasonably priced DJ Setups, using industry standard equipment. Our DJ Setups can be set up and left for an event, or fully engineered, working along side our Lighting and Audio Visual solutions.
Lighting Whether it’s a small Restaurant or Hall – or a large Ballroom Suite in a Hotel, ambient Lighting can have huge impact to any room. Our creative Lighting Solutions will create the perfect ambience for all parts of an event, offering perfect illumination for ‘Walk In’ states, Speeches, Entertainment, Function Bands and Discos.
On a smaller scale, our solutions can include Pinspotting (highlighting table centrepieces and flowers), Uplighting (washing walls with any static or colour-changing colours) and Exterior Lighting (such as Flame Lights either side of an entrance, or illuminating features of a building).
For the larger events, we offer bespoke Lighting Design, including the use of Intelligent Lighting systems, as seen on TV, Touring Concerts and large events.
For events requiring an even larger flare we have been known to provide Dry Ice Machines, Laser Light Shows and Pyrotechnics, each completely bespoke to each event – please ask for more information.
Audio Visual Audio Visual is an out-of-the-box solution, which adds a whole new element of creative possibilities to any private event.
A popular request for Weddings and Birthdays is to place Plasma Screens around a venue, to show pictures of the previous and current lives that hosts have led up to date. Content such as films from relatives abroad who can’t make the event, or pre-event ‘interviews’ and messages can be incorporated too.
Alternatively, for an event, where a larger more ‘in your face’ AV Solution is required, we can call upon the uses of Projectors, Screens, Moving Projectors and LED Walls – as well as finding alternative ways to use Plasma Screens. The possibilities are truly endless!!!
Clear Events additionally offer Cameras, which can be used during the event, and relayed, to sources such as Plasma Screen, Projectors etc; these cameras are ideal for picking up Speeches, First Dances and also can record these special moments.
Set, Staging and Drapery All Set and Staging work carried out by us is done with the most sincere neatness and carefulness. The stage, and associated décor is one of the major things that stand out to the guests – and we pride ourselves in ensuring all work is carried out to the best quality possible.
Our staging ranges in shape, from simple, square and rectangular stages – to stages with rounded edges, semi-circular and circular stages. Our stages come fully carpeted in a huge range of colours, including Black, White, Red, Blue, Orange, Green – and even Astroturf! Any of our staging systems are available in a range of heights. Clear Events enjoy working with some of the finest carpenters and set builders, creating some of the most stunning sets possible. What our carpenters can’t do with a piece of wood, some screws and paint isn’t really worth knowing! We frequently build bespoke items such as Chuppas and Mandaps for events.
In keeping with the Set and Staging theme, we offer many other services including custom Dance Floors, Draping and Starclothing.
Power Distribution & Marquee Services Many events are held outdoors, or in marquees, requiring temporary Power and associated distribution. Let Clear Events take care of any Generator, Power Distribution and Work Lighting needs you may have.
