Audio
An integral part to any event is the sound, and ensuring that everyone can hear crystal clear intelligible audio at an appropriate volume is without doubt one of the most important jobs on any event.
Clear Events use the most experienced professional Sound Engineers within the events industry, who can tackle any acoustic challenge a venue may present. Utilising talented freelances, with diverse experiences (including Conference, Theatre, Touring Music and Recording), allows us to always provide the most suitable Engineer, whose experiences are best suited to the style of event.
We utilise the best quality of equipment possible, including products from d&B, Yamaha, Sennhesier, Shure and Audio Technica.
Whether it’s simple conference with a few speakers and a lavaliere microphone – or a large event requiring band mixing and monitoring, we are set up to deal with events of all scale.
Lighting
Even the simplest of Lighting can give any venue large amounts of character. Clear Events are specialists in all scales of Lighting Design, ranging from simple Conference Lighting, to large-scale Awards Dinner and Product Launch Lighting.
In a similar way to our Sound Engineers, our Lighting Designers are also vastly experienced, each with different areas of experience. Many of our Lighting Designers are internationally known and respected for their design work, which includes Event Lighting, Touring Music, Television and Large-Scale Events. Working along side our talented Lighting Designers, Clear Events use some of the most experienced Crew Chiefs and Lighting Technicians known to the industry.
Lighting is an area of the industry, which is always changing, and we endeavour to keep in touch with unique dynamic ways of lighting venues and events. In addition to lighting, some of our designs have included the use of Lasers, Dry Ice, Outdoor Lighting and Large Scale Building Projection. Our policy is to use only renowned, high quality, reliable brands, which include Martin, Vari*Lite, High End, MA Lighting, ETC and Avolites.
We are set up to provide unique, dynamic bespoke designs for events of any size – ranging from large Intelligent Lighting Rigs to small but effective Conference or Drinks Reception Lighting.
Video & AV
Working in combination with Sound, Video is one of the most useful tools to get messages across to your captive audience. Clear Events offer unique and innovative ways to ensure these messages are appropriately conveyed.
We offer Video and AV products ranging from simple Flip Charts and Video/Teleconferencing equipment to fully High Definition Projectors, Plasma Screens and LED Screens.
Our incredibly experienced expert video technicians will look after all Video/AV elements. Our specialist technicians include LED Screen Technicians, Projectionists, Vision Mixers, Camera Operators and Graphics Operators.
We are set up to deal with all sizes of Video and AV requirements, ranging from simple setups with a single projector or plasma screen and a laptop, right the way up to large projection systems requiring multiple projectors, LED Screens, Camera Operators, Vision Mixers and Graphics Operators.
Set & Staging
For simple but effective conferences, we have a number of ‘stock’ sets in a variety of widths and heights, with the colour being variable. These sets are ideal for a one-off conference, which requires a simple but effective set, and for real effect, LED Lighting can add a real dimension to the conference.
For the larger of events, we have the facilities to produce custom sets. Our sets can be designed for any event, ranging from Conferences to Award Shows.
